Véget ért a Play It, új ismeretségekkel és élményekkel gazdagodva, hullafáradtan tértünk haza.
Nem volt egyszerű a reggeli indulás, mivel az utolsó pillanatban derült ki, hogy tömegközlekedéssel kell mennünk. Hogy tetéződjön a reggeli idegesség, a veszprémi pályaudvaron egy “kedves” kalauz bácsi letörte a kardom hárítóvasának egy darabját. Tobzódtam a boldogságtól. Szerencsére időben megérkeztünk a hatalmas pakkokkal a Hungexpóhoz. Egyből bevetettük magunkat az öltözőbe. Ott döbbentem rá, hogy az éjszaka folyamán a tudatalatti idegességem gonosz kis manókat szült, akik totál összekuszálták a jelmezem pántjait, kinyújtották a csizmám szárát, amíg aludtam. Nagy nehezen végül sikerült kibogoznom a komisz pántokat, és a Mastixom hiányában kénytelen voltam pillanatragasztóval a csizmám szárát a bőrömhöz rögzíteni. (Millió köszönet Zoeynak a ragasztós tépőzárért és a kedves hobbit hölgynek a segítségért!) A hagyományos kis optikai tuning után nekiálltunk megkeresni a fiúkat. Mondhatni ők sem unatkoztak egy pillanatra sem, bőven volt látnivaló mindkettőjük számára.
A fiúkkal csináltunk egy kisebb fotózást. KinderMaffia az idegesség ellenére hozta a formáját, remek képeket sikerült lőni róla ismét. Annak ellenére, hogy zavarban volt és nemrég gyógyult ki egy betegségből, a többi versenyzővel nagyon hamar összebarátkozott, amikor képet kértek tőle, habozás nélkül pózolt, ahogy szokott.
A gyors imprós koreográfiát még a délután folyamán dobtuk össze, hála az égnek, ha el is felejtettünk belőle valamit, a színpadon ez nem látszódott. KinderMaffia első színpadi fellépése volt, mondhatni túl is teljesített. 🙂 Bár díjat nem söpörtünk be, a Legjobb Páros jelölés nagyon jól esett. Köszönjük szépen. 🙂 Ígérem, megpróbálok ezek után aktívabban blogolni itt is, és máshol is.
The PlayIt is over, we gained new experiences and friends, and a hella big amount of sleepiness.
Our departure wasn’t an easy shot, because we got to know at thevery last minute that we had to go by train to the convention.Not to mention, a dear conducter broke a small part of my sword off. I was friggin’ happy. Thank goodness we arrived to the Hungexpo in time. We jumped right inside the changing room to get ready. I had to realise that my subconsciousness gave birth to some evil imps at night who messed the straps of my costume up, stretched my boots, and so on. Thank goodness somehow I managed to detangle the evil straps, and because I left my Mastix at home, I had to glue the boots to my legs with superglue. Owie. (Billions of thanks to Zoey for the stick-on velcro and to the kind hobbit missy for the help.) After the usual optical tuning we went to look for the boys who thank goodness found a lot of stuffs, too, which matched their taste.
We had a little photoshoot with the guys a bit later. Despite the nervousness KinderMaffia brought her creative and model side and could make a lot of amazing shoots of her. Despite that she was trembling from nervousness, because this was her first time at the stage and freshly recovered from a small flu, she made a lot of friends and whenever she was asked for a photo, she jumped right into action.
We made a small choreography for the stage in the afternoon, and if we forgot something, it didn’t show on stage at all. 🙂 We didn’t win any awards, but we got a nomination for the Best Duo Cosplay from the jury. Thank you very much, it gave us a lot of courage. 🙂 I promise, that I’m going to be more active from now on here and at other sites, too.
